How It Works

A clear pathway for every role
in the care journey.

Ihsan Circle helps Muslim communities begin home care, senior care, and family caregiving conversations with dignity and clarity — while keeping each role clearly held and regulated care responsibilities with licensed care partners.

The Simple Idea

Care should begin with trust,
but responsibilities must stay clear.

Many families start looking for home care or elder support when the situation already feels stressful. Ihsan Circle creates a warmer starting point through masjid-anchored trust, community connection, and licensed care partner collaboration.

The model does not ask masjids to become care providers, volunteers to become regulated caregivers, or Ihsan Circle to hold health records. Instead, it creates a careful pathway where people can begin the right conversation and understand the next step.

One pathway. Clearly held roles.

Families begin with a general conversation. Masjids provide trusted community connection. Ihsan Circle supports coordination. Volunteers may offer non-regulated community support. Licensed care partners remain responsible for regulated care, employment, supervision, scheduling, billing, records, and health-information systems.

The Flow

From first conversation to the right next step.

The early public website pathway is intentionally simple and non-sensitive. It helps people understand where they fit before formal workflows, detailed forms, or sensitive information are introduced.

1

Start a general conversation

A family, masjid, volunteer, caregiver, or licensed care partner reaches out in general terms — without submitting health details, documents, or sensitive information.

2

Clarify the pathway

Ihsan Circle helps identify whether the conversation is about family guidance, masjid partnership, volunteer support, caregiver interest, or licensed care collaboration.

3

Keep roles clear

Masjids remain trust anchors, volunteers remain community supports, and licensed care partners carry regulated care and employment responsibilities where required.

4

Connect the right people

Where appropriate, the pathway can point toward community support, licensed care partner conversations, or future caregiver interest review by agency partners.

5

Move carefully

More detailed forms, sensitive workflows, verification, and private systems only come later — after proper wording, review, and partner processes are ready.

The Core Model

Three core roles hold the pathway together.

Ihsan Circle works best when community trust, coordination, and regulated care responsibility are not blurred into one role.

01

Masjid Partner

The masjid provides the familiar community-facing pathway, helping families begin in a trusted, values-centred setting.

02

Ihsan Circle

Ihsan Circle supports coordination, conversation pathways, role clarity, community connection, and appropriate next steps.

03

Licensed Care Partner

Licensed home care agencies remain responsible for regulated care, employment, supervision, scheduling, billing, records, and health-information systems.

Supporting Roles

Volunteers and caregivers are both important —
but they are not the same role.

Families

Begin with general guidance and a trusted place to ask first questions about home care, senior care, elder support, or caregiving options.

Volunteers

May support companionship, visiting, check-ins, meals, and non-regulated community service while staying outside regulated care tasks.

Caregivers

Muslim caregivers, HCAs, and support workers may express interest, while licensed agency partners handle interviews, hiring, employment, and supervision.

Care Partners

Muslim-owned licensed home care agencies, or licensed agencies that employ Muslim caregivers and can support faith-aware care for families.

Important Boundaries

What the early public website does not do.

Ihsan Circle is being built carefully. The public website is currently a conversation and education pathway only.

No health intake yet

Do not submit diagnoses, medications, care plans, discharge papers, or detailed personal care needs through this website.

No direct booking or marketplace

The website does not instantly match, book, hire, or dispatch caregivers. That responsibility stays with licensed care partners.

No credential or document uploads

Caregiver credentials, ID documents, background checks, and verification records are not collected here.

No regulated care claims by Ihsan Circle

Licensed care partners remain responsible for regulated care and agency systems at all stages.
